Summary: Great picture quality. Sound could be better but is acceptable. Very strange that tint can't be adjusted. I have gone online and searched for possibly firmware update for this strange lack of tint adj. Seems others have questioned it too. But all in all I have to say that tint adjustment is a minor inconvenience and is not a deal breaker. Never heard much about Westinghouse TV'S before and I must say the picture on this TV rocks.
Summary: Bought this for my little girl and it's awesome. I received my tv today, I am very happy with it. It has a good picture and a beautiful sound. She loves it and she can operate it no problem. It is a great value for the price I paid. .
Summary: I did not purchase at Amazon. Afraid to buy electronics anywhere but locally due to possibly having to return it if it's not working correctly and don't want to pay shipping for large/expensive items. I got this at BestBuy for $158 which was a super deal. The picture is great, it's easy to use but the sound is very tinny & hollow. I did adjust the bass and treble which has helped. Am pondering returning it for better sound which will mean higher price.
Summary: I originally owned a Westinghouse 32" LCD TV before and was pleased with the TV for a solid three years. Later, it took a crap on me and looking into fixing it, finding out it would cost more than the TV was worth. So I rectified the situation by purchasing another Westinghouse because despite the depressing end of my previous TV, I was impressed with Westinghouse. Going from a 720p/1080i to a 1080p is rather pleasing.
Summary: Its an OK TV for its class. I bought it to replace a smaller Magnavox I loved but that burned out on my. This model is no frills. Software is pretty lame. Picture is good, sound is horrid. Buy it if you can get it on sale. The biggest issue I have with it is a design defect with the cable inputs. The RF input is right up against an edge and in between a coxaial input.
24" Westinghouse 1080p solution to its tinny sound quality

Summary: I like this Westinghouse 24" TV. I use it in my kitchen & have added the iLive mini sound bar that I purchased at Big Lots for about $40. I use a connecting cable with a stereo headphone miniplug to split RCA stereo plugs. The small iLive sound bar doesn't have a subwoofer like iLive's big sound bar (that I purchased at Walmart for my living room TV), but it makes the small TV sound like a big screen TV.
