Summary: Nothing but problems since the TV was unpacked from it's original box. Sound would go in and out without any help from Vizio. Now will not turn on. Will "never" buy another Vizio product. Also have a 19" Vizio that had to be replaced at 6 months.
Summary: Had 3yrs. Does not turn correctly. Takes about 30sec for it to turn on. Support no help. Want me to trouble shoot I am not tech or repairman and am disabled and perform trouble checks. I think a tv should perform with out problems longer than 3yrs. Not satisfied with or support.
Summary: We purchased a VL470M approximately 18 months ago. We chose VIZIO because of picture quality and not just because of price. The TV had a great picture, but it is a shame that VIZIO does not manufacture a more dependable product. HDMI ports 1 and 2 went out while the TV was still in warranty.
Summary: I will give Vizio the fact this TV has a nice picture but I have been dealing with there customer service department and it isn't something you want to go through. At first they seem to be very helpful but they are just trying to make a profit. Sorry about the rant but just got off the phone.
Summary: In brief, the product was what I expected from reviewing all the sets on display at a Walmart. The 1080p and 120 Hz refresh are necessary for a better display of moving images. It is a pleasure to watch.
Summary: I now love this TV, but came very, very close to returning it. The problem was the factory settings. When we set it up and left the factory settings "as is", all the TV shows, movies, and movies on DVD looked like a teleplay aka "The Soap Opera Effect/Dr. Who look". It really bothered me.
Summary: Sound is much better than expected. Picture is fine for me. We've had the set for about 6 weeks. So far so good. I will however NEVER buy from Dell again. They offered the same set for $80 less before mine was shipped and would not match/lower my price.
Summary: 24 days after I purchased this TV, 21 days after I first turned it on, it died. No picture. Just sound. 21 DAYS! It's been 13 days since it died. I've called Vizio customer service 6 times, spoken to 7 customer service reps, 2 supervisors, repeatedly promised that I'd have a replacement within 7-10...
