Summary: Great tv bought the 32" first than had to by the 37" same model came with all the options and all kind of menu features to adjust the picture it's great and everyone who sees the picture agrees. And bluray movies are outstanding.
Summary: Have owned this TV for several years now with no issues. Great picture and sound. The only draw back is the refresh rate when changing channels seems a little delayed compared to other TV's my friends have. Wouldn't hesitate buying another VIZIO again.
Summary: The television has performed admirably for the past 18 months. The picture quality is intense when viewing HD, and good for standard video. The 37" screen won't make standard video look like a blurry mess. It's been a good second TV for me and I've really liked the Visio brand's quality vs. price. I still own an old plasma TV of theirs that is still going strong.
Summary: Great T.V. for the money!!! For the last 16 months that could have been my review. Month 17 my screen went black. After alot of research it seems your odds are quite high that this t.v. will go black. After talking to the recommended repair company from Vizio it seems that this is a well know problem and was told that it cannot be fixed. Vizio also will do nothing to help you with this disposable t.v.
Summary: We purchased the VL370M in mid-December 2009. Late December 2009, the picture wouldn't come on...it was scrunched at the top of the screen showing only 2 inches of picture. The rest was white screen. After leaving it on for an hour, the picture started to stretch out. It took 2 hours to get the full picture back.
Summary: TV broke after 14 months (2 months after the warranty expired). The processor went out. Vizio's customer service is a total joke. They don't care that their product lasted only 14 months. This is my first Vizio purchase and will be the very last Vizio product I ever buy. I'll be sticking with Panasonic or LG from now on. Lesson learned. FYI, I did not buy an extended warranty.
Summary: Got the tv from Target through Amazon and recieved it in about 4 days. When I set the tv up I noticed that the speaker on the left side was not working. I called Vizio and they gave me a number to a trouble shooter that I spent 45 min. on the phone with just to find out the left side speaker did not work. Duh! Ended up having to talk to vizio and the repair company at least 5 times to finally have a guy come out and fix it.
