Summary: This TV is everything I wanted at a price that was incredibly low! I wanted something to watch movies from my laptop on plus to play my Xbox 360 with. I love the multiple A/V connections (HDMI, Comp, S-Video) and at this size it's perfect for my medium sized bedroom. I am 100% happy with the quality and price of this product.
Summary: Tv is good as a whole but if you plan to use the usb port look elsewhere. I was told by the seller even though the port is labeled as service only that is could be used for playing audio files and viewing pics. This is not the case after trying several flash drives/external hard drives I contacted support and was told the following. Breanna: The USB port on the TV is for service only and not USB drive access.
Summary: read review from ymerejredeewt.. says it allllllll. mine was a refurb at $380 +shp, and I had to get the proper remote since the supplied remote did not have the special features this tv has,, but it was worth the extra $35
Summary: We've had it just over a week. The picture is great. I was worried that the picture on the non-HD channels would be horrible. But even those are beautiful. It arrived at the store a couple of days earlier than expected, that made me happy. I guess time will tell if this was a good purchase or not.
Summary: The Vizio 42" 120 Hz Smooth motion Lcd flatscreen is of course a great tv, that's why I bought it. I like everything about it, it's perfect for the everyday life of consumers and for special occasions. It can provide someone with so many different options for use. I got a fantastic deal and I'm going to enjoy this set like there is no tomorrow!
Summary: My wife and I love the tv. We had one HP hidef tv but the picture quality of this tv is far better. The sound quality is the only complaint we have. However, we have read many reviews about other tvs with the same complaint so we expected it. We are looking for a speaker system now.
Summary: Well I must say we were much like alot of the people who have posted here praising this TV. We went to Walmart to purchase a flat screen TV. We spent alot of time looking at the TVs to find one that would fit in our entertainment center. Then we compared the ones we found. Very time consuming process. Nevertheless we got this TV. Got it home hooked all the components up to it (cable, surround sound, dvd player, etc), which was quite easy like others say.
Summary: I can see more detail in this tv picture than i can in real life , every little grain of sand, grit, every fiber on a shirt. Aside from the Vizio logo that is always on just below the screen, no buttons on the monitor, and that the controller doesn't light up, the only reasons I gave a 4.5 out of 5. The sound is great but no tv will ever compete with surround speakers.
