Buyer Beware....Poor Customer Service from Vizio!!

Summary: This would have been a 5 star review if Vizio's customer service actually cared. I will start by saying almost all of my TV's are Vizio. Well It was not even 15 months and the component board that accepts all the connections fried.
Summary: Is there a such thing as to realistic?? Ridiculous picture...amazing.... plays xbox one games with out a single shutter. Nothing but A++++++'s for this tv.....now..... the remote.. junk.... you must do the system update so you can connect the remote via bluetooth.
Summary: I think the picture on this unit is second to none. I have wanted this TV for a long time and couldn't justify the "new" price. The CON would be, if you have a window on the opposing wall you will need heavy drapes. This screen is like a black mirror. On dark sense you will only see the reflections.
Summary: Honestly I was very hesitant to buy an LCD TV.. Let alone a "discount brand" like Vizio. But after doing extensive research I couldn't justify the cost different between this TV and a high end $3K+ Samsung LCD. Ive been a Plasma Fan from the start, and have two panels in my home today.
Summary: Once we finally got this tv, I am very happy with what we ordered. It seems like it is going to be a great purchase. The two guys from CEVA trucking out of Las Vegas set up everything to make sure it worked.
Summary: I got this in a week ago, which was actually 2 days earlier than planned! Originally I had the same complaint as most others, the remote sucked bad, but I came home to a software update for it 3/13/2014 and that solved ALL my problems, I can now point it in the other direction and at the floor and...
