Summary: Was so impressed by picture quality and response I have become a Vizio diehard, have had sonys and samsungs but for the price and the image delivered do not see any reason to buy anything else. The edge lit tech is awesome and flawless. Started with a 65 but had to move up to an 80 and love it!
Outstand 3D TV! Clear as day! Excellent multi-function remote! A+ product!
20 November 2013
Summary: I can't say enough good thing about this TV! The quality of the picture is truly unbelievable. CRYSTAL clear! Very user friendly remote on one side - full function keyboard for internet apps on the other! And the 3D is the BEST I have ever seen anywhere. Other 3D TV's, a IMAX 3D theatre, ANYWHERE. I took a chance and bought mine as a refurb. It's been 2 years, and it still works like it just came out of the box for the first time.
Summary: When I purchased this item it was one of the best prices for this type of a TV. I was even more surprised at the quality after we started using this. Great Job Vizio and I am looking forward to your 80-Inch 3D model in the future.
Summary: I have never had a HD tv, so this is my first but the picture is better than I could have expected. I was confused on how to perform a function and had to call Vizio's customer service. I was able to speak to an American and she walked me through the process.
Summary: This would come under "How to" I have the 650, for about 7 months. No problems and quite happy. Somethings you should know. You can use the USB ports to view movies (mp4). Note that the port only sees FAT32, so you are limited to files less then 4Gb. There is one torrent site that has 1080p files that are smaller then 4Gb (you'll have to find it yourself).
Summary: Remember the day when a television like this would cost $5000? I do. We have used this TV for about two weeks now and I could not be happier. (Well, the remote is a little kludgey, but it is really no big deal). It has a great picture and the 3D is really, really impressive. We have a 3D set with the active shutter glasses that we never used because the glasses are always either out of batteries or the signal is weak or we just didn't like using them.
Summary: TV comes well packaged and well protected. It is thin but very heavy. Glossy black metal frame and glass screen. Ours is on the stand which took 2 people to attach and set up (we could have used a 3rd person to help). HDMI connections are on the left side of the screen. The controller is easy to use and has a full keyboard on the back. Color pre-sets are ok, but custom is best. Select the pre-set you like best and customize it from there.
Summary: This is a beautifully designed and made TV. The picture quality is, in my opinion, second to none. Sharp, deep blacks, accurate color. In addition, the 3D works with regular 3D glasses (the same as the ones used in theaters). The price is substantially lower than competing TV's with absolutely no diminution of quality. I would buy another in a heartbeat.
Summary: I own a Vizio 3d TV and a Mitsubishi 3D TV and I want to suggest that everyone will boycott most other brand of TV which require Active Glasses.Vizio makes TV with Passive Glasses that are inexpensive,flicker-free,convenient.I only wish Vizio could increase the screen size to more than 70 inches.Any person putting out reviews saying any good thing about Active Glasses are just like women who prefer to wear pretty dresses of the 1800s instead of today simple clothing
Summary: In terms generals I rate as good, just a small detail, from the side, the image is not as sharp as other flat screen TVs, I mean the mode 2D and 3D. whatever it is still fantastic 3D experience at home. My overall rating would be 4.5 stars. Stay in business. Thank you.
