Summary: DONT DO IT! We thought we would save a little bit if money with this and it turned into a nightmare! Vizio could not process the order for almost a week with multiple calls to customer service. When it finally shipped the delivery people refused to carry the TV up the 6 stairs to our front door stating it was outside their contract agreement. When we finally got some friends to help get this inside and setup the RV did not work.
Summary: We did not buy this from Amazon, We bought it at a local "big box"store. Purchased in January of 12, by November of 12 it would power up with 4 to 6 lines of blank pixels. At this point we were under the 1year factory warranty and vizio was very quick to replace it with a REFURBISHED unit!! Now in march of 13 power up unit one morning and.... Only have right half of screen! It takes about 25 min before the left half of the screen powers up.
Terrible product and service dont waste your money

Summary: I bought the tv October 20th as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately when I gave the tv to the person I bought it for the tv had some major problems. They won't help me with theproblem. Im out 1350.00 and have a junk tv. I would not waste my money buying from this company. I can buy the same tv for 1398.00. Check around and don't waste your money.
