Summary: I bought this TV as a Christmas gift for my son. He plugged it in and got a white screen. He called Vizio for trouble shooting help and after several calls with them found out the TV was refurbished! Neither Amazon nor the company that sent me the TV have responded to my request to pay for shipping it back. Under these circumstances, I am seriously thinking about not purchasing anything from Amazon again.
Summary: At the arrival of the TV we plug it in and it didn't work. We couldn't turn it on and, as we flew it outside of the USA, it would cost us more to send it back to the sates than the cost of the TV. We lost our time and money. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!
Summary: The television had a great, clear picture, good reception; we had no problem with the television itself. However, the speakers were completely inadequate, tinny and hollow sounding. We thought at first we could put up with it, but the longer we listened, the more irritating it became. We returned this product and purchased a better quality one.
