Summary: I purchased this TV nearly a year ago and already I am having issues with it. Lines through the screen and problems connecting to the internet are the big two problems. Vizio said they would have a tech come to fix the TV but would not add any additional time to my warranty.
Summary: It was also interesting when the vizio support asked where I purchased it from and I said, "new egg". The tech responded it was not one of their authorized dealers to which I balked and demanded to speak to someone else. Finally they agreed New Egg is an authorized dealer.
Cons: Vizio customer support is horrible. My TV had a thin red line which popped up yesterday. Exactly one year and a month after the manufacturers warranty so conveniently runs out. Well, I am OUT. Vizio pushed it to a local vendor to fix and it is now my problem. DO NOT PURCHASE anything VIZIO.....I ...
Summary: I will never again buy a Vizio product if this is a common issue at the one year mark. That is a horrible warranty and horrible customer support in my opinion. who buys a TV knowing it will last one year? I have Laptops I have taken to the desert in Iraq which have lasted 6 years with no issues.
Pros: for the first year I have owned the TV it was what I thought was a great deal. Great picture and what I thought was a very nice TV for the money. I had a 42 inch Sam Sung and decided to go with the Vizio because it seemed you got more TV for your money. I was wrong.
Cons: Exactly ONE year after purchase, and when the Vizio warranty conveniently ran out. I had a nice THIN red line which appeared for no reason and goes vertically from the top of my 60 inch TV all the way to the bottom. I have power reset etc. Upon further investigation n the internet, this appears t...
Summary: I have had this TV for 14 months, out of warranty. All inputs, all channels, there is a lip sync problem. The longer the TV is on, the worse it gets. It has a lip sync adjustment, but it does not adjust in the direction that would work, it will only make the problem worse.
Summary: We received our tv today, 05/08/2014. We put it together, set it up, turned it on, and there's a dot on the upper left hand side of the screen. We called tigerdirect.com, who told us to call Vizio.
Summary: Like thousands before me, I was lucky enough to experience frustrating LCD display issues. The extra wonderful news? The issue occurred just one month out of warranty - and costs more than the TV costs to fix.
Summary: We bought this TV for Christmas in 2012. Absolutely loved it for 13 months, until one night the screen just blanked. Researched on line and found that there were recalls for this problem with Vizio TVs, but when my husband called to check it out, our model was not included - even though it was the...
Summary: 2 months over the 1 year warranty, and we have a line of dead red pixels going across our TV. We contacted Vizio who said they could offer us a refurbished 55-inch TV for $550! The same TV on the Vizio website for $40 less!
Great bang for the buck!... But will need tweaking.

Summary: I bought my Vizio e601i-A3 at Costco for $759. I like buying from Costco because of their vetting process, great return policy, and extra year warranty on most electronics (2 years instead of 1).
