Summary: tv constantly "locked up" and could not be turned off. Tech support blamed our home router and said the TV was having issues with internet connections and that we had to change our home router to prevent this... seems like something Vizio should have addressed before releasing the TV!

Summary: We purchased the Vizio 55-inch LCD TV - E552VLE 1080p 120Hz HDTV and 32" Vizio in June of 2013 for a vacation rental property we own. (We also purchased 3 Panasonic 42" TVs as well). They sat in the box for 3-4 weeks while construction was finished on the home, and then were unwrapped and set up.
