Summary: Two years later, we're still loving this TV. We've had a couple of glitches with it, but customer service is awesome, and US-based. Talked to someone in the Dakotas, and in Florida. Issued resolved very quickly.

Summary: tv constantly "locked up" and could not be turned off. Tech support blamed our home router and said the TV was having issues with internet connections and that we had to change our home router to prevent this... seems like something Vizio should have addressed before releasing the TV!
I really like this TV. It was an overall good buy for me.

Summary: Very Nice TV. Good picture quality and sound. The menu is very easy to work with. I also like the addition alternatives like web/Ethernet connection. yahoo, Netflix, and more. It gives you everything you need to keep up with media technology at your finger tips.
Summary: Needed a new TV since we were still using a projection TV and shopped around online for used ones at a decent price. So far there's nothing that I can say I dislike about the tv but I do love all of the option to hook up different types of inputs.
Summary: Was looking for a good 55" TV, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. Went with the E552VLE based on the reviews, and was not disappointed.. I ended up calibrating it based on online specs & was not disappointed.

The down fall is there is only 1 place for RF to plug in if you are ready for all hdmi products it is great the is plenty of places to plug in but I had to buy a converter for $20 so that I could plug in video game system, cable...
