  • Summary: 3 weeks of use and it went all green. Newegg counts 30 days from order placement. Almost 2 weeks for them to tell me to call their distributor and give me a phone number. I have to pay to ship it back at my expense, and I have to find a box for a 50" TV.
  • Pros: Good size, good price, great picture... for a little while.
  • Cons: Died 3 weeks after Christmas.

  • Summary: I called Newegg after the picture went all green just 6 weeks after we got the set and only about 3 weeks after Christmas (Wrapped up under the tree till then). No exchange past 30 days and it's taken Newegg a week to tell me to call their vendor and how to contact them.
  • Pros: Great picture while it worked. Good size. Easy hookup.
  • Cons: Died after 6 weeks.

Wireless router must be in the same room as the TV

  • Summary: As a disclaimer, I have tested 2 of these TV's and they both have the same problem. I returned the first one because I assumed it was defective, but after unpacking the second one, it became clear, this is an issue with the TV itself. The WiFi doesn't work if the router isn't in the same room.
