  • Summary: Lucky one! It took only 4 days between placing the order and receiving the merchandise. Item came with original carton with no damage on the box. TV came with proper protection... 2 styrofoam on bottom corners, thick bubble wrap on top corners and thick brown paper on top center.

  • Summary: I bought this for the price to spec value. I honestly wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. nice picture, the yahoo apps are a bit slow but faster than my 2008 Sammy. it's hooked up wirelessly and streams just fine in hd. there are dedicated netflix, amazon and m-go (?

  • Summary: My order came in original box shipped to store. There was a scrape on box but otherwise was fine. We brought it home. Unboxing found the base was loose in box. No damage to anything. Apart from standard stuff there was a piece of printed paper saying it was reconditioned with 1 month warranty.

  • Summary: Wanted a specific tv, did not want to pay more then $500. Every tv I saw was on sale, except this one. Finally a WalMart ad for refurbished. Spent a week researching, even called some tv repair shops. The consensus was Vizio is a good brand, and refurbished would work.

  • Summary: We purchased this TV for a secondary room in the house but once it was hooked up and running we decided to move it to the living room where we watch TV the most. The picture quality is excellent, really bright, colors are bold and the resolution is very crisp.

  • Summary: The unit came without a users manual or guide. Pretty cheap, if you ask me. It also came without a QWERTY remote to use with a smart tv. Pretty cheap also. I haven't been able to find out how to use the set as a "smart" unit.
