Summary: I purchased this TV for my daughter In Nov. 2012 as a Xmas present. It was sold as NEW. The TV died in just over 3 months. I contacted the seller (STL PRO Inc.), and was told their warranty was only for 30 days, but Vizio would cover it for a year. Vizio stated that the serial # showed the TV wasn't originally sold to STL PRO and couldn't verify if it was new or reboxed, thus voiding the warranty. STL PRO refused to refund my money.
Summary: TV was fine while it lasted. Unfortunately that was only a week over it's 1 year warranty. Died w/ what is apparently a very common issue w/ this model. TV will turn on and Vizio shows on the screen, but it will not respond to any commands, remote or on TV. Will go back to a better quality brand..
Summary: Just awful, the tv worked for a few hours then shut off and wont turn back on, I'd give this less than one star if it were possible. The condition was also listed as "very good," so it was very misleading, wouldn't purchase from them again.
TV has small problems, Vizio Customer Service is the BIG problem

Summary: I purchased this TV in Sept. 2011. From the beginning it would not always have a picture (only black screen) but only sound when the DVD starts; this happens about 3 out of 5 times. I called Vizio about this and at first was told to check whether there was any back light next time it happened. When I remembered to call back I was told if it happened again (more like when...) I should call again and I repair order would be issued.
Summary: Purchased this tv online (not Amazon) on 1/1, had it home and set up on 1/7. It completely died on 2/21 and a quick internet search of the problem (will not power off, will not respond to remote or on-set power button) reveals dozens of similar problems with the tv in purchases made since November. Within 5 minutes on the phone with Vizio they offered to replace it, but I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and luckily the retailer gave me a full refund. Buyer beware!
