Summary: My family and I love this TV. The HD picture is fantastic. We love the applications that are installed including Netflix, Hulu, etc for streaming of movies and music. The kids love the 3D feature. Overall great value for the price.
Summary: I bought this TV on sale one year ago, and after 12 months of daily use it still works like it just came out of the box. With an HD feed, the picture is stunning. Colors are true and the contrast is crisp. Many other presets like Movies, Sports, Football, Golf, etc. Same with audio presets for Rock, Jazz, Classical, etc.
Summary: This Vizio E321VL is clear, beautiful, and broken. Almost everyday at some point of watching this TV, the volume turns way up and then the TV shuts off. After a few seconds, the TV turns on again. It's eery and embarrassing, if we have company over. This purchase discouraged me from making so many purchases from dealers in other states. You never know what you're getting.
Summary: Purchased the vizio e321vl in Nov 2011. The TV started having a problem in May 2013. Same problem as others had e.g.,would not power on and only a white VIZIO logo when it did power on. VIZIO tech support gave the plug unplug procedure which was no help. Long and short they indicated the power board probably a problem and not worth the repair bill. Final decision was to get a new TV and never buy a VIZIO product.
Summary: When we first bought this tv 4 months ago we were very pleased, nice picture and no problems. Turned it on this evening and no picture, just a black screen. So disappointed. It is weird I can see the v visio start up, hear the tv and then nothing but black.
Summary: I was excited to get this TV initially. In retrospect though I believe that I would have been happier with a 1080 unit. The TV works fine and I have it in my dining room where I can watch while I eat.
I love HD TV and this is great!!!! Soo glad I bought this TV!!

Summary: I purchased this TV for my daughter In Nov. 2012 as a Xmas present. It was sold as NEW. The TV died in just over 3 months. I contacted the seller (STL PRO Inc.), and was told their warranty was only for 30 days, but Vizio would cover it for a year. Vizio stated that the serial # showed the TV wasn't originally sold to STL PRO and couldn't verify if it was new or reboxed, thus voiding the warranty. STL PRO refused to refund my money.
