Summary: Picture quality is absolutely outstanding and equal to or better than our Toshiba and Samsung sets. The sound quality is, however, not great, but we did not expect it to be after reading several reviews for this product. By all means, use external speakers. It is truly amazing how thin and light-weight this unit is -looks wonderfulin any location and certainly could be hung on a wall. We bought this set for use in a smallish living room and it is a perfect size for that.
Summary: We are not television experts by any means, but this television really delivers a nice clear picture. The speakers are weak, but we have added external speakers and they help. In the future we are looking at getting a sound bar for it. We have a small home so it works fine for us.
Summary: i bought this tv to replace my bedroom tv and as far as picture and overall features go its great. the sound is cheesey but i have a $3000 lcd tv in my living room and the sound is cheesey on that one too! the electronics companies want you to buy a surround system.
Summary: Love it, love it, love it. I have wanted a Vizio Razor since the first time I saw one in a store. Most 32" televisions are too heavy and bulky. The thin, lightweight design of this TV makes it convenient for any adult to handle. The picture quality is excellent. It produces great sound without having to turn up the volume to an extreme level. Other televisions require the volume to be adjusted to a level so high that the speakers actually vibrate, but NOT this one.
Summary: I LOVE MY NEW TV I GOT ABOUT A MONTH AGO NOW...ITS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND IT ARRIVED SUPER FAST. ITS GOT A GREAT PICTURE AND ITS SO SLIM AND LIGHTWEIGHT I WAS ABLE TO MOUNT IT ON A PARTITION WALL JUST FINE. I DONT REALLY LIKE THE TVS SPEAKERS BUT I HAVE SURROUND SOUND SO I JUST TURNED OF THE TVS SPEAKER AND I USE MY SURROUND SOUND AND IT SOUNDS AMAZING!
Summary: I fought this sound problem for a year, and thought it was only me. I had some time off during this Christmas break to fool around with it. Got my extermal speakers and plugged them in, turned off the lousy TV speakers and wow! SILENCE! WHAT? Did some googling around and found out this box doesn't have audio out. Bummer! What now? Buy some expensive speakers just to improve the lousy sound! I almost gave up, and I saw a review by James.
