Summary: I purchased the manufacturer refurbished Vizio. When I received the item in the mail it was missing the styorfoam packing (bubble warp instead) and the manual. I downloaded the manual off the internet. Though it seemed like it's seen some use it was still working pretty well.
Summary: Our family owns three Vizio TV's between all of us. So we know the brand isn't known for it's stellar audio quality. I'll qualify this review with the possibility that the unit is defective. However the E320VP, if it is operating as intended is possibly the worst sounding TV I have ever heard.
Nice picture, but absolutely horrible sound quality!!!

Summary: Nice TV for the money. Very slim and light. Beat lugging around an old 27" tube. Quick easy set up. Picture is awesome. Can't really tell the difference between this and my LCD Vizio. On the down side, the speakers on this TV are HORRIBLE!!! Sounds like an old AM Radio.
Summary: While the Vizio sells at a good price, I must warn you that the sound is extremely tinny. When using computer speakers w/ bass control the bass response was minimal. This is a good second TV for the workshop. Otherwise spend a little more and get a Samsung.
Summary: Bought this as a gift for my 80-year-old parents. They hated it. The Tru-Surround and Tru-Volume were worthless. The volume would go from "can't hear" to "deafening" arbitrarily regardless of the viewing source. The sensor for ambient light would make the screen go almost black.
Summary: Based on the price and the features, I was hopeful that this TV would have been terrific for our bedroom. Unfortunately, as soon as we turned on the TV and started watching, the sound began to sputter and eventually went silent.
Summary: I don't know how it is with a cable or sat box, but using it off straight cable, the sound is a major issue. The sound levels between an SD station and an HD station are radically different. A 25 volume level for an HD station equals a 7 level for an SD station.
Summary: I always buy Samsung TV's but this replacement was not planned so I decided to try this out. I had seen reviews where it mentioned that the sound quality wasn't great, however I am not one of those people that requires great sound from a TV.
Summary: I never had this problem before.. but I am getting tired of it. 1) When I start the TV (tur ON) the picture it takes a full 20 second to apper the image..(I counted) and 5 seconds more for the sound. 2) When I change channels it takes 5 seconds to get the image and 3.5 more seconds to get the sound.
Sound is as bad as others say but it can be fixed......

Summary: Sound is horrible, can be fixed by adding a Vizio soundbar for $100.00 or more, shouldnt have to and wish Vizio wouldnt have put this TV out with the sound it has. picture is awesome and great price for TV, I live in Dallas and had this TV the next day because Amazons warehouse is local...
