Summary: I rate this item poorly due to volume control.....can't hear the program.... then you turn up the volume and then when a commercial comes on it blasts you out of the room....this happens with every channel...every program. My biggest issue with this TV is that it turns completely off..

Summary: Very, very disappointed. It might have been a mistake, and Vizio might have sent me the wrong box, but I doubt it. I'm guessing not all of their "refurbished" sets are this bad, so it's possible I was just very unlucky.
