  • Summary: I will never again buy a vizio led tv again, this model after 1 year has a defect. think before you buy. please look up vizio screen only shows V logo. you will pay for the repair on your own. Go figure this out!!!!!!! ! year later, common. Cheat tv with really cheap parts!!!

  • Summary: i think vizio makes good lcd's BUT this is not one of them. it started flickering in 3 weeks. then the seller wouldn't even support it. because i had the tv over 15 days . after dealing with vizio tech support i found out this seller is NOT authorized vizio retailer.

Bad Customer Service

  • Summary: We bought this tv a month ago, and something happened with the input lock. Now the tv will not turn on. Customer Service was called two weeks ago, and they said it would take 5-7 days to get the part needed to fix the tv (also stated that it was an easy fix).

  • Summary: Bought this set from Target about 2 months ago, worked ok for a month then the picture became distorted. Bought for a workout room so I wanted something cheap and well I certainly did get cheap. I contacted Vizio, product was still under warranty.

I will never buy another vizio product

  • Summary: I bought this tv in February of 2011 form a local store. It worked fine for about two months and then my HDMI ports quit working. It took me a couple of months to call and get them fixed but it got fixed under warranty in September of 2011 by getting the mother board replaced.

Base is very unstable

  • Summary: I got the 1080P version of this monitor with the exact same base. It was very unstable and tipped over, shattering the screen, which is quite fragile (unlike our LCD computer screens). I checked several models in the store with this base and they were all very unstable compared to other brands.

  • Summary: I purchased a similar VIZIO TV 9 months ago. The display has now has light spots and concentric circles on it. Vizio had me send photos and their technicians have determined that it is defective and must be replaced.
