Summary: I like everything about the product except the remote. Ordering through WalMart online was a breeze, pick up was fast and easy. Set up was easy. Sound is good... I like that I have different sound options available. The DVD player works well. I don't like the remote. The buttons are squishy and tend to get stuck in the down position. I get the TV to the channel I want and then oops, we're on to the next channel.
Summary: This TV has a very clear picture, and the DVD function works great. It was a perfect size for our kitchen and has been working out great. I found the sound quality to be not quite what I was expecting, but still perfectly adequate, and I noticed after I had used it a few days that there is one tiny pixel burnt out in the top left corner, but not something I was worried about sending the product back for.
Summary: I purchased this set for my kitchen and it is just the right size. I am glad I bought one with a built in DVD player vs just the tv. I have not had any issues with the set and it was shipped almost a week before they said it would.
Summary: This t.v. is cheaply made and I do not recommend it. The dvd feature would not work. The remote control does not have an Eject button. The picture quality was poor. I upgraded to a Sharp 22" and I'm very glad I made the change.
Summary: A nice addition to our home. Such a light-weight, slim, no-bulky t.v. The picture quality and color is great. I have not figured out why THE WHOLE SCREEN is not utilized during use of the t.v. (for a 19" wide screen, it appears that only 17" are actually seen. There is an 1" border of unused screen...otherwise a nice t.v.
Summary: It has great features and the DVD/CD combo it has saves me from getting a separate player. One problem is that I have to return it to Wal-Mart.com because there is a burnt out pixel in the left center screen from the time we opened the box. Only green comes thru that dot and it is very distracting. Item was light weight and easy to install.
Summary: Bought this TV a month ago (late April 2010), shipped site-to-store. When I got it home and opened it, there was no power cord in the box. I immediately called Viore's Support number and was told to fax the receipt to their toll-free number, then someone from Viore would contact me within 48 hours. When nobody called within 2 days, I called the Support number again and was told there was no record of them receiving the faxed receipt.
