Summary: PROS: Great for a guest bedroom Con: A connections little awkward and not the easiest to connect to- I purchased this for the guest room in Dec 2008 @ Office Depot for $500.00. I have a computer ,a game console and a DVD player connected to it. It does everything I expected it to with no problem at all. Switching between the different inputs via the remote control is a breeze.
Summary: For the dollars spent this tv is a good buy, must be at eyelevel or color is distorted and details too. Doesn't bother us for extra tv in bedroom and don't need any extra hookups, power and sat.cable, is all we use, light enough to move to different room as needed and put on small table (at eye level) we find the sound is very acceptable without using extra speakers.
Durable but not impressive - owned since originally came out

Summary: When this model came out a few years ago we purchased it mainly because it was on sale and we had a gift certificate. It was our first LCD Tv and was "okay" however, from the first the picture didn't seem as good as the old big box television it was replacing. However, this is a solid, heavy set (compared to newer models) and has worked flawlessly since day one.
Summary: This isn't a bad TV. I paid $380 for it brand new. The TV does take a bit longer than normal to change channels, but the video (head-on) is very crisp. Of course, from side angle, it is not the greatest, but I have it in the basement (game table, workout gym, lounge area) and it is on a swivel arm, so I can swing it around based on activity I am working on. Contrary to other reviews, I've had no complaints so far.
Summary: This TV's main problem is its lack of ability to resize the image. For example, if you want to view Standard (low def) broadcasts in their trur 4:3 aspect ratio, it can not be done. The TV automatically stretches the image to the full width of the screen. People look fat. I haven't gotten a headache yet but it may be unnerving to some. I bet that it would make a fine computer monitor but I purchased it for a HDTV.
