Toshiba Regza 32C3030 review

19 September 2007
  • Excerpt: The matt exterior of Toshiba's Regza 32C3030 is tidy but rather bland compared to the Samsung and Sony models. The set swivels a little on its base, making it easier to access the connections on the rear. These include an optical audio output, two HDMI ports and a CI slot. There's no S-video connector, however. The digital channels tuned in automatically, and the auto-tune feature kicked in as soon as we switched to analogue.

The Regza has a good range of inputs, including two HDMI ports, D-sub, two SCART (one RGB) and component.

30 March 2007
  • Pros: Good overall picture quality, good sound, wide range of connections, built in DTV tuner and Freeview
  • Cons: Solid blacks can be hard to find, fine-tuning audio and visual settings is a little irksome
