Summary: How about a 2.5 year TV. If that's all the life you want out of your set, buy this. We also had intermittent problems with he remote (new remote sent by Toshiba after only 2 months of use). Once the click click click starts with this TV, take it out and shoot it - it's dead.
Summary: I purchased this in 2012. I have not had any significant problems with the television. Overall, I'm very satisfied considering how much I paid for this t.v. We mostly use it for Netflix and Youtube. If something happened to it, I would want to replace it with a very similar brand/model.
Summary: I replaced this model two or three times unfortunately the first one acted up after a week a day after I burnt box so had to order same model again then from different suppliers to get same box to return ended up with reconditioned model which had huge problems from updating never again will I buy a...
Summary: We bought this TV to replace a Vizio TV we had bought at Sam's Club. The Vizio had a super sharp clear picture but it fried after only one year and a month. Of course the warranty was out. So we went ahead and decided to get this TV.
Summary: I have used this TV for 2 years now. The picture is ok, particularly if you set it on "sports" mode. It is no match to my Sony XBR however. I was expecting a better picture with the evolution of LED technology.
Summary: It had a great picture and I was happy with it, but I'm not happy that it won't power up now, and it's out of warranty. Buyer beware, Toshiba expects you to buy a new TV every 1-2 years, evidently.
