Summary: I would not recommend any Toshiba TV. I purchased this one and it lasted two years and now the screen is blurry on one side. I have not talked to them directly but their site support was terrible and after reading on several forums their other TV's have similar problems and it costs more to repair it than its worth. I have other brand TV's and have never had one fail in this short of time. I would not be concerned but it seems to be a common problem with this brand.
Summary: I bought a model 55L6200u had it only a yr and in 7 months It broke down the mother board stopped working I called tech support and they replaced it under warranty 3 months later it broke down again the same part. All this less than a yr i bought the tv. They gave me a service center to fix and it; it is going on a month and it is still not fixed.
Summary: Worst decision ever to purchase a Toshiba TV 65". Customer support is the worst ever, I can not believe that these type of poor customer support exist in this country. They should never be allowed to sell their Junky TVs in the US.
3 months and problems already. First and DEFINITELY last Toshiba!

Summary: Avoid this TV and Toshiba in general. I bought this as a gift for my parents to replace an old, massive behemoth. Three months in the TV will have huge vertical black bar as if the backlight failed in the center of the screen. It looks like two mini TVs on the left and right with nothing (faded black) in the middle. It happens everyday and seems to go away if we leave the TV on for 10-15 mins. It randomly appears later in the evening.
Summary: Just got this tv out of the box, plug It and there are some white circles all over the screen. Pretty annoying with dark scenes (and no, i am not talking about Batman kinda dark scenes) I live in Costa Rica so i paid over 300 bucks for the intl shipping so Sending It back for a check and back over again its not reasonable. Try to contact Toshiba in Costa Rica but the phone number they post in official webpage Doesnt work. I wrote an email to the seller 2 Days ago.
Summary: This TV has a good picture and that is about all I can say for it. I called Toshiba's Support line because I was having trouble controlling the external speakers I had connected t o my television through a small Pyle Amplifier. I chose this amplifier without an IR remote because I was under the impression that the volume could be controlled through the TV's PC Audio Output.

Summary: First thing - LED is not a new technology. It's the same old LCD with a different backlight. I worried about flashlighting and decided to buy a regular LCD however the price on this LED LCD was good so i went for it. Sadly - I can't return this BUT i would do so immediately. My only and biggest problem is the Backlight Flashlighitng effect which is just HORRONDOUS. I should have stick to my thoughts and bought a regular LCD TV.
Summary: The set emits a bad chemical odor. Had to disconnect power to stop it. Waiting for Toshiba Tech support to find a solution. Toshiba has reponded to issue by stating " We take this matter seriously. We will replace the set with an equal or greater value set" Waiting to hear from trucking company as to when.
Summary: I purchased this TV over 2 months ago. It did not work. Called Toshiba, they needed an exact purchase date to start a tech support ticket. I gave them this information. One month later 1st technician comes out with a new part, replaces it, and the TV still does not work, they order a 2nd part, Takes about 1 month, Tech come out replaces it, and the TV still does not work. He changes a different part still does not work.
