Great inexpensive HD tv for those who don't need a smart or 3D television.

Summary: Purchased as a new open box item and and saved quite a bit over list because tv was missing one screw. Item works great only complaint is the number of HDMI ports it has. This is my third toshiba tv and they seem to really last.
Summary: I really am very satisfied with this product. The picture quality is very crisp and clear. This was a replacement for an older projection tv, and it's much clearer than the old one, and it has 2 HDMI connections. Love it.
Summary: I love this TV. It shows great, the sound it great. Everything is great. I chose to wall mount it in my living room and it's perfect. I am very happy with the purchase and the price was awesome ($470.24) unbeatable price for a brand new 50 inch flat screen!!!
Summary: I'm not going to make a big presentation. This TV is perfect for us, with no complaints. I'm not sure why people said the sound is weak. I've never had the volume above 11 (goes to 100) and I sit about 15' from the TV.
Summary: Great deal for the money. Remote is small and manageable, not a backlit remote. Nice picture. Sound is surprisingly loud. I often run it at level 1 or 2. Could use a little more gradual sound control. Lots of inputs. Not sure about gamer lag on XBOX but seems about par with my other TVs.
Summary: I can't really add much more than the other great reviewers on here have said. This TV is a no-frills unit which excels at it's primary purpose: watching TV. You won't find any internet connected gizmos or apps. No 3D, no SuperFluid 580 Hz Motion.
Summary: Toshiba truly does make a great looking screen. No backlight bleeding along the edges as it is a full array screen. Uniformity all across the screen is superb. Semi gloss screen is fine in bright daylight. Takes a bit of tweeking to get the color right.
Summary: I grabbed this during a recent amazon sale and couldn't be happier. The picture quality is very good and it looks nice on the wall. I use it for gaming (PS2, PS3, Wii U and later this year, PS4), digital cable and roku viewing and it handles everything beautifully.
