Summary: Stay away! Google the tv & all you will see is problems with blank screens. From only a few months old on. Mine died after 2yrs. I took it to an authorised Tishiba repair shop where they originally said $200 to fix.
Summary: My remote control was not working so I had to deal with Toshiba support. First of all support team is all foreigners and very hard to understand. I gave them all my information and then the guy told me he would have someone else call me because he could not register my TV.
Summary: This has been a great tv for me. However, if you expect lightening speed service when something goes wrong--forget it. I have had this tv for 8 months and the picture went out. I called Toshiba customer service and got hooked up to have this repaired, on site.
Summary: I bought this from Amazon in July 2012--- after 6 months the TV stops going on-- so no picture--- I called Amazon, and they said I need to call the distributor-- Thanks Amazon!!!---- So I called Toshiba Tech Support--- after being on hold for 30 minutes-- they hung up on me---I call again a few days...
Summary: Has a serious audio problem and they won't repair under warrenty, customer service says it is a minor problem for only a select few TV's. If you have Dish Network or Direct TV, the audio will become garbled and you will have to turn the TV off and then on again...DON'T BY TOSHIBA!!!

Summary: Please,do your self a big favor and research this before you buy it. This is, by far the worst TV we have ever purchased. The first day we noticed the sound cutting out. Thought it was the digital provider.
