Summary: Would have liked to given this more stars because the picture is great and it has tons of inputs and features, but my tv pooped out on me after only 3 years. Gone are the days when a name brand tv lasted 10+ years. And i shelled out $750 for the thing.
Summary: I picked this TV up for dirt cheap, and is a nice TV for the price at the time I bought it. However now days, the big rave is LED and 3D TV, so its not quite as up to par with some of the newer stuff, but it suits my bedroom just fine.
Summary: The TV was cheaper than we could ever hope for and was sold for about $900 dollars and a hundred dollar mount that is not needed but we wanted to hook it up to the wall. Unlike plasmas it is vibrant and bright and has a large contrast ratio and best of all 1080p for the gaming our family does. the TV was mostly for our gaming Den and fits in well, however the quality is not as good on regular TV shows compared to the games on the X-box.
Summary: I bought this LCD two years ago and has been nothing short of great. So many other TVs out there cost 50-100% more and this TV is just as good in my opinion (My dad has a Bravia and I can't tell a difference). The speakers are not as strong as others, but I connect it to my own external surround sound speakers and it works perfectly. It also works very well with Xbox 360, Blu-ray, and HD channels, I have used all three frequently.
Summary: i've been very very happy with this tv since the day I got it. All the HDMI ports are awesome and the ability to change the label of them to say "Game Console" and "DVD" and such is awesome. Just wish you could name the inputs yourself and you could re use an input name. I want to have 3 "game console" inputs. I like that you can turn on the LED for the Logo. Great picture, good sound built in, I've been very happy with the quality and makes everything look great.
Summary: This is truly a fine tv for its price, but with that lower price something has to be sub par. That thing that mediocre is the sound. I don't own a stereo so when I turn the volume to maximum the tv's audio for most cable/ tv stuff is just barely audible. However, the sound is great on dvd's/blu and ps3 games. The picture is nice for the price.
