Summary: Best investment I ever made. My daughter had bought a Toshiba two year s earlier. The color and clarity and sound made me want one. I had a Somy that I had purchased for twice as much. The Toshiba is far surpassed the Sony for color, sound and clarity.
Summary: I have three of these tv's. 40inch,46inch, and 50 inch. I am very pleased with all of them. The picture quality is really great and is so clear it almost appears like 3D. I use Dish Network HD for my service.
Summary: When I first got this product it worked great AT FIRST then after the first day it didn't work and when I would turn it on the TV wouldn't, very disappointed I'm never buying from this seller ever again.
Summary: Toshiba does not stand behind their products. I bought a toshiba 40" TV model 40L5200u in Dec 2012. After 2 mother board repairs the issue has not been fixed and Toshiba just wants to keep 'repariing' until the warrentee runs out. DO NOT PURCHASE A TOSHIBA anything!
Summary: I purchased this for my guest room - it's looks great, the color is a little darker than I am use too, but overall I love the TV. The regular channels pops even though the Verizon set top box is not HDMI. I can't wait until I get my replacement set top box , I may move in the guest room just to watch TV.
Summary: Well I dont often make "big ticket" purchases, so when I AM going to shell out a few hundred dollars, I try to do the required research and comparison shopping before making a decision. I started off with just a couple of basic requirements in my mind; I wanted something small and thin enough to fit in my small room, but something that had a refresh rate highter than 60Hz for gaming, displayed in 1080p.
