Summary: Brought on Sept 2012, today March 2014 the television is not showing everything on the screen is scrambled. Called Toshiba I was told I had a 1 year warranty so I am left with this piece of garbage I can do nothing with. Totally disappoint. Brought vizio about 7 years ago never had a problem.
Summary: BROKE BEFORE A YEAR OLD WARRANTY DEPT SCREWED UP THE DATE AND SHOWED THAT MY WARRANTY EXPIRED THE DAY I BOUGHT THE TV SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH TOSHIBA, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND THE STORE GETTING TOSHIBA DOCUMENTATION TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE I (!!!!!
Summary: Lousy product. Owned it 5 months & have called 6 times. At first TV would turn itself off intermittently & I was told this was a "safety" feature. I have had to call twice now in regards the screen freezing/stuttering and the audio stuttering for several seconds then TV turns itself off, then back...
Summary: Everything worked right out of the box EXCEPT for the picture. The "Toshiba" symbol flashed across the screen and then never saw a picture. Had sound but no picture. Sounds like the same problem as the other negative reviews.
Toshiba Screen was defective need to return after only 2 hours post delivery

Summary: Bought TV and was excited initially based on the deal I got. However, my excitement turned to frustration when I took delivery of an undamaged box but yet a TV that won't show a picture. The LCD and/or firmware is completely broke.
DO NOT BUY, TOSHIBA DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR POOR PRODUCTS AND HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Summary: I purchased my Toshiba tv on January 2, 2012 and it stopped working on July 13, 2012. I called customer service because my tv would not turn on, the power indicator would come on then go off within 30 sec but there was no picture or sound.

Summary: Update to Edit: Amazon showed their awesome customer service chops by replacing the television at no cost. I'm loving the TV, and if only it had not failed the first time round, I'd recommend it handily. Edit: I have had a negative/bad experience with this Toshiba television.
