Summary: Bought this in august 2013.Smart TV feature's are a complete joke. After almost 10 months of failed firmware updates. This TV completely failed to connect to wireless anymore.Took it in for repair and had to have the entire system board replaced. So far it works but the system will crash if you try to use some of the apps.So the smart TV features are still useless.Your better off getting a regular TV without it.

Summary: The display is excellent and the setup was easy, including adding it to my WiFi network. I like most of the features but not sure how much I'll use some of the Internet access capability. It's a bit slow and clumsy to move the cursor around to hit the links that I want. Probably, with a little work, I could do it better but not sure that I ever will. The Netflix feature works great. I don't like the "IR Blaster" feature.
Summary: As far as being a Television, this unit is fine. The picture is good, and the sound is above average. However, I spent a little bit more to get a smart TV, I thought it was pointless to use my TV to watch Netflix from my PS3, when I could just watch Netflix from my TV. I wasn't expecting much from the software, but at this point I can say it was 100% pointless to purchase this specific TV. I turn the WiFi on periodically because I want to see a useful update.
Summary: The customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. After having had several Toshiba products, but not having had an issue, I had an issue with this one. For a simple question I could not get an answer for over an hour, their customer service simply could not care (& I am a pretty tech savvy person). Then I could not get the smart function to work.
