Decent TV

chrisprcr, Amazon
4 April 2014
  • Summary: I have owned many Toshiba products in the past and was happy with them so when I needed a new TV I decided to look at what was available from them. I decided to purchase this model. Pros: Good picture quality. Good tuner for OTA broadcasts. Cons: Mediocre sound quality. Limited inputs. After three months of use I had to get it serviced for a defective screen. Getting the screen replaced was easy enough.

maybe 3.5

  • Summary: The picture is great, but the sound isn't so awesome and the remote is less than perfect. That said, i use it with the roku and only use the remote for power and volume. The best part about this is how thin it is. Matched with a low profile wall mount its is very unobtrusive.

Good picture and Sound, But

Big P, Amazon

  • Summary: The shipping was fine, got it when promised. This set has a good picture and sound. However setting it up was difficult because it does not come with a users manual. You have to go on line to get it. Also the stand is very flimsy and cheap. Also like other reviewers I find the remote is cheap. I compare it to one you get at the dollar store. As other reviews have stated the set does freeze at times when changing channels. But for $249.00 it is not a bad TV.

OK picture, Frozen problem

L. Nguyen "CamDigger", Amazon

  • Summary: Just get the TV for one week. Picture is not sharp, compare to my old LCD SONY 32' (I put the 2 side by side and compare), the picture is not clear and crispy enough (although it is LED and I've cranked up all the settings). Another problem is the remote control (or TV). When you change the channel so fast, TV just frozen up and the problem won't go away until you turn off the TV and turn on again. Not recommended.
