Summary: My TV broke which I understand can happen. Unfortunately it happened after only a couple months of use. It’s now going on 3 months and the authorized repair facility that Toshiba sent me to still cannot get the part. They have reached out to Toshiba directly several times and have received NO response. I have spoken with support multiple times and they keep giving estimates weeks away of when the part will arrive and then the part doesn’t arrive.
Summary: Purchased this TV from hhgregg in Columbus, Ohio. Good picture, good sound, but TV went dark after 13 months. Warranty was 12 months. Called Toshiba support. Gave serial# and they said my TV was made in Canada and that I'd have to call a different toll free number for Canadian support division. Also said that the TV would have to be shipped to Canada to be serviced, not US.
