Summary: We had a 19" tv that was starting to go out on us so we started to look around for a replacement. This one was in our price range and had all the features we needed. We wanted to easily be able to hook up super nintendoes, N64, DVD player, Cable Box, etc and are pretty limited to our options to have all those set up at one. This TV offered the hook ups we needed and was easy to install. Also, the tv isn't too heavy either - just 30 pounds.
Summary: EDIT : see my full review if the Toshiba 32C120U here at AVS. under that heading. Toshiba 32C120U LCD great picture vibrant color, good black level, contrast, one of the best 32"sets I found after comparing /viewing quite a few only some costing quite a bit more. $229.95 at amazon/or best buy it is a 2012 model so it's selling at good price . I bought this 720p Toshiba 32C120U for a second set very good picture for $219.00 at BB..
Pros: Good good black level, contrast, color ,detail
Summary: Great digital picture quality-no problems with that. NO MENTION AT ALL in the Amazon ad for this TV about how poor the sound quality is or that it absolutely would need to be amplified through a home theater set-up. It does not have a 1/8 inch stereo plug (analog) so you have to buy a more expensive digital audio optical cable to connect it to a digital audio amplification system.
Toshiba warranty is the worst I ever had to deal with

Summary: The TV was defective. It turns on and turns off right away. I called the Toshiba customer service and it took them about a month and a half to send the first part. The local authorized technician came to my house and couldn't fix it. He had to order parts twice after this and come back to my house. In another words he has been at my house 3 times and couldn't fix it. Called corporate office and after 3 months they finally approved to send me a new one.
