Summary: Needed small size for RV. Consumer Reports rated this TV well. Good TV for the money. Good picture quality, brightness and viewing angle and extra USB port. No problems noted as I have only used it on a limited basis as it is used for the RV
Toshiba 23L1350U 23" 1080p HD LED LCD Television is a good buy
8 May 2014
Summary: I bought this product based on a Consumer Reports recommendation. On the plus side, it has a wider than usual good viewing angle and it works well as a computer monitor. On the minus side, it is slow to turn on and I have so far been unable to find a way to use the remote control to change the...
Summary: This is not my main TV but I don't care to spend lots on a bedroom TV. (I'm happy with it.) It comes with a one year guarantee like all the 2000$ and up TVs.
Pros: Cheap, good picture for the price. Its light so I put it on a wall mount in my man cave in back room. It has 3 HDMI jacks, remote seems to work with my Sony blueray player (that streems to it.) which is a plus.
Cons: Picture looks a little blue, like my cheap Samsung 32 inch TV. (That had to go back to get fixed in under a year).
Summary: I bought this model based on a recommendation for the Toshiba 29L1350U in the December, 2013 issue of a leading consumer product review magazine. I have always trusted their reviews.
Pros: The TV arrived in perfect condition and is fairly well made. Setup was easy following the instructions. Picture quality is very good. Overall, I’m happy with this TV. The price was right and I would definitely recommend this model to others.
Cons: Sound is OK. Onscreen station display could be bolder and easier to read. The remote is slow to respond; a comment I have seen in several other reviews.
Summary: Go for a it! Without being worried about the 120hz scan rate claims. Really watching this TV on sports it is a assume picture. Watching College football today and it was crisp on our HDMI connection from the cable box.
Pros: Great picture and Toshiba has been the most reliable TV's we have ever had in our house.
Cons: None it is a very easy to setup piece of electronics. The best of the Toshiba lineup of televisions and it's LED.
Pros: A good solid 60Hz television. But the Toshiba marketing dept is trying to pass it off as a true 120Hz TV.
Cons: Toshiba's has labeled the box 120Hz. However, on page 17 of Toshiba's user manual, it CLEARLY states that this, and similar models, have 60Hz panels. "ClearScan 120" is NOT the same as real 120Hz. Do your research. Google "fake-refresh-rates-is-your-tv-really-120hz" You will learn a lot!
