Summary: This product was a gift for my daughter for christmas. Last week the unit stopped working I wrote the seller and asked for help. They apologized and said the unit was out of warranty. After a four month period the unit will not power up and the seller offers no real solution to the problem.
Summary: I purchased this TV as a gift for my daughter's 18th birthday in Dec 2011. In Sept 2012 the TV quit working, just would not turn on anymore. After trying the trouble shooting methods available on the product website without success, I proceeded to call for technical support.
Summary: Got it for x-mas 2011. Easy set up. Performed as I expected it would. In early May is simply would not stay on for more than a few seconds. By May 15 it stopped turning on entirely. If I could give it no stars, that would be my rating.
Sure enough, 4 days after Amazon warranty expired . . .

Summary: ... TV/DVD combo stopped working. Power on and it goes into stand-by (solid red light). Manual was no help and talking to Toshiba directly required an extra dose of blood pressure meds. Long story short, I have to pay for shipping and hope that they can repair it.
