Summary: Length:: 0:39 Mins I was skeptical about getting a TV for such a low price. I clearly saw that there were several good reviews and almost as many bad ones about quality issues that people were having. I decided to roll the dice. For the first 4 months every thing was good. Hard for me to say it was "outstanding" as there was a lot of pixilation with HD content (granted, this could only be seen if you were within 8 feet of the TV). For the price, nothing I would baulk at.
Summary: The Tv as a whole was ok...Unfortunately the Hdmi 2 port did not work....Amazon customer service were fantastic as usual...However dealing with the company that TCL uses to honour their warranty was a complete nightmare....A total of over three hours on the phone (mostly on hold),They were rude and extremely unhelpful....I was told to read rhe small print on my warranty....I was merely asking to be sent a new HDMI port and I wolug take care of the installation.
