Summary: This tv has the absolute best color of any tv ever made. It's only weakness is black levels in a dark room. The replacement 900B is the better option for Anyone who watches a lot of movies in the dark.

Summary: I highly recommend. Spend the time learning how to setup your picture, or pay a service to do it, and the TV is amazing. I created settings for both day a night, and it made a huge difference. Each contain their own 3d setup as well. A little tip, viewing angle is important for 3d.
Excerpt: Another amazing TV from Sony. The built in speakers are very good and, while they don't exactly rival my old home theater setup, the sleek appearance makes up for it in every way. Don't delay in adjusting he settings, especially sound. Great experience in every way.
Pros: All the connections options I could ever need, Easy To Set Up
Summary: Beautiful TV, excellent picture quality... but Sonyreally dropped the ball with the 4k technology. I specifically looked for 4K compatibility when purchasing a new TV (and receiver) in order to be ready for the next wave of media... as it turns out, this TV doesn’t support (Netflix) streaming in 4K.
Summary: I fell for the lies of the Sony sack of s&!£ sales rep. Demo'ed house of cards in 4k off of their in-store only media server. Come to find out that netflix is too stupid to let their content stream to my TV because it is a X9005A. The only steam to the X9005B. My is the second rev of the A model.
Pros: All the connections options I could ever need, Best looking TV out there, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Remote Control, Great Picture Quality, Great Sound Quality, LED-backlit, Outstanding
