Superb Image Quality - Highly Recommended

Architect FAIA, ABT Electronics

  • Excerpt: The TV is extremely impressive. The image quality is super amazing. One viewer mentioned bleeding at the edges. Our TV has none of that. The side of the TV is Ultra thin. The menu is very Apple TV like. We are extremely happy with it. I highly recommend this TV.
  • Pros: Attractive Design, Clear Picture, Easy Controls, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient

Happy Customer with the Sony XBR-65X900C

JR-Retired, ABT Electronics

  • Excerpt: Was EASY to set up. The included Wall Mount kit and the overall thinness of the screen make the unit seem it is mounted against the wall. I can overlook the slight light bleed because the overall picture quality is seemingly more natural that the Samsung's I looked at.
  • Pros: All the connections options I could ever need, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Remote Control, Great Picture Quality, LED-backlit

Almost Perfect.......

RETIRED!, ABT Electronics
3 January 2016
  • Excerpt: Over all I am so very satisfied with this Sony. I can live with the slight light bleed. Compared to the various Samsungs I looked at the natural color reproductions were much more natural with this Sony, not as much color saturation and the greens in the natural turf while viewing sports looks more...
  • Pros: All the connections options I could ever need, Easy To Set Up, Excellent reproduction of natural colors, Good Remote Control, Great Picture Quality, LED-backlit
  • Cons: Slight Light Bleed....But I can live with that

Light bleeding issues.

9 December 2015
  • Summary: I'd looked at the reviews on this site and thought this would be a great purchase as I moved from my Samsung 52" to a larger 65" 4K Ultra. However. and from what I've now gleaned from other sites, this television has light bleeding issues.
  • Pros: Very thin screen
  • Cons: Everything and more I've described above.

Not black

Modelapic, Crutchfield

  • Summary: Screen "bleeds" white into the lower left and right corners when the rest of the picture is black. Not too noticeable when color is displayed, but kind of annoying to see on a high end Sony product.
  • Pros: Motion technology is exceptionally good. I seem to be aware of flicker more than others, so this comment is very positive. Colors are very good as well.
  • Cons: edge lit technology results in some bleed on lower corners of the display when picture is black or very dark.
