One star for the set (it died on me), but five stars for Sony for putting things right.

Summary: I had this set for about three days before it completely stopped working. I am one of the unfortunate ones who got the notorious flashing red light and the set would refuse to come on. Even rebooting it to its factory settings didn't work.
Summary: Replaced our old plasma with this one. As plasma fans we were reluctant to replace it with an led tv. But any concerns we had went out the window as soon as we turned this Sony on. Wow. Beautiful picture. Easy to set up. And we instantly fell in love with Android tv. We are very very pleased.
Summary: Great picture with 1080 or higher signal; amazing with 4k source. Videophiles will want to go full array or oled, but this is a great picture. Lower signals like 720 or 480 are not going to look great, but they won't on any other brand or model, up scaling only does what it can.
Excerpt: I have had the TV for about a week. Initial setup was easy. Video in 4K is stunning. 1080P upscaling to 4K is excellent. Playing Madden 2016 on PS4 is amazing as well. No motion lag detected when playing games on PS4 and watching live football.
Pros: 1080p Upscaling To 4k, Android OS, Little Motion Lag, Picture Quality
Excerpt: The picture on this TV is amazing! I was going to go with a Samsung curved 4K, but the salesman showed me this and I fell in love. There is absolutely NO glare on this TV which is great in my family room, and the picture quality is awesome!
Pros: All the connections options I could ever need, Best looking TV out there, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Remote Control, Great Picture Quality, Great Sound Quality, LED-backlit, Reduced Glare
Summary: Got the TV, and I'm very disappointed. First the setup did not work, on the screen I got a touch remote that could not pair. Had to call customer service, waited for 45 min on the phone, then they helped me to setup TV with the regular control. After 2 - 3 software updates the TV was on...
