Summary: The 3D viewer is a product that felt like it came so very close to being something amazing, but the few deal-breakers that were there were so severe that they ruined the entire experience. First, the positive is that the 3D effect itself is amazing. With each eye having its own display isolated from the other eye, there is zero crosstalk. As for the negatives... Comfort isn't great. It's possible to make it very comfortable, but this often impacts the image quality.
Excerpt: Forget about any technical specs...it looks like you are sitting in the middle of a large cinema...some little screen alignment in a very easy steps and then go on...little discomfort and little heavy depend on the wearing style and after some training it was very easy to wear it on and off and to get a comfort position. In general it has a very big screen with HD Resolution...movies in 3d (side by side) was perfect..
Pros: Big Screen, Easy Controls, Good Sound Quality, Long Battery Life, Powerful, Resolution
Summary: First off, I have to say that I absolutely love this device and I would say that it's the perfect peripheral for a PS3; this truly allows for immersive gaming. What I want to address are the two issues that seem to come up with this device that might discourage some from purchasing it and for those current owners who are wrestling with them; namely, comfort and clarity.
