Sony's Bravia Z-series LCD televisions are three inches deep, making them some of the slimmest TVs on the market (though thicker than the sub-two-inch models reviewed elsewhere in this issue). They're also very svelte when viewed from front, as the bezel surrounding the screen is unusually thin. The 46-inch model reviewed here sells for $3,000; there's also a similar 40-incher for $2,600. Product was Packaged in the standard cardboard box. The top lifts off the box, so it is easy to unpack. Inside you will find the TV, TV stand and remote. Setup was extremely simple, plug it in, and it walks you through the setup process. You also get a quick reference guide on setting up the tv, and for adding additional components. I don't like the remote, I like my old remote better, but I think in due time, I will get used to the remote. Read more
