Screen deteriorated after 3 years. Sony was no help
4 January 2015
Summary: This review is for a Sony KDL-32EX301 purchased overseas in Jul 2011, but probably applies to many of Sony's 32 inch LCD TVs and Sony support in general. About a year ago the polarization sheet on the front of the screen started wrinkling.
Summary: This is our 2nd Sony Bravia. The only problem was one corner had a highlighted area. An Amazon rep noted this in case of future problems. She explained in detail and assured me that even after the 30 days Sony always backs their products.
SECOND REVISION & UPDATE: calibrated settings (non-official)
30 September 2013
Summary: (EDIT, May 19, 2014: I forgot to mention that this TV is capable of receiving 24p output. I had known about this function on my Blu-ray player, but never bothered to try it until now. Bottom line: does it make a difference? That depends on the source material.
Summary: Great buy at Amazon.com. Saved about $100 on this used-good as new HDTV. Nothing wrong with this TV and came with the original packaging and plastic TV coverings. I bought a car stereo used-good as new, too and will continue to buy these products.
Summary: Having found this TV even though at 720P and not 1080P, I liked the price and was sure that Sony develops products for the future. I already have a CRT TV Sony Wega in India. The sound and color is what Sony delivers best and that is why I like Sony.
