Summary: This is a beautiful TV ... good picture, easy to set up, light weight, good sound. The first one we received was broken and WalMart replaced it with no problem. The picture isn't quite as sharp as it is on another Sony we own, but we are happy with it.
Summary: On the box it says 240 htz That's what sealed the deal for me. Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful picture and user friendly. I would have not bought this TV had I known it was 120 htz. Now that I have this TV It's a very nice Television although it only has 3 HDMI ports we can make due.

Don't get me wrong - the brightness and clarity are stunning!
