Summary: I bought from Walmart.com and within 2 weeks the picture went out. Sound was fine but picture just went blank. Exchanged for a new one at Walmart store and now within the first week, a blue vertical line appears on my screen from top to bottom. Walmart customer service was great but if they keep this TV in their inventory, they are going to busy. I was willing to forgive one issue but I am now moving on to another brand.
Summary: I have had this Television for about a month now and I can honestly say it is the best tv I have ever purchased. I did a ton of research on all televisions and for the price this sony bravia was a no brainer! A must have for a movie lover and a sports fan. GREAT PICTURE!!!
Summary: Sony sold off their low end tv division and this is the horrendous result. the customer support is all over the place bc the manufacturing division and customer support are in two entirely different companies, leading to mis leading information. no matter how many times a sony rep says this tv is 120hz, it's not. there's a huge sticker on the back saying 60hz. the off center view angles are horrendous. at bout 45 degrees the picture completely washes out.
