Summary: Purchased this tv in late December 2013, it went black with 6 red light flashes about six weeks ago. After various calls, they sent a tech out a few weeks ago with a new motherboard, which was the wrong part or also was broken. The tech called Sony then and there to find out the issue and had to wait at least 30 minutes before she (yes, a Sony technician) could get support? Tech left saying they would send her new parts and should be there within a week.
Summary: No "Table-Top Stand leaflet" or screws included. Couldn't attach the table top stand since there are no instructions other than "refer to the Table-Top Stand leaflet" which wasn't included, nor the screws to mount the stand. I'll change my review if/when Sony gets back to me.

Summary: It is a wall mount...no I'm sorry it's not a wall mount...wait a minute it is a wall mount...etc. etc. etc....Since buying this TV at Best Buy where I was told the stand doubled as a wall mount I have researched the internet talked with Sony, talked with Best Buy on the phone twice and gone back to Best Buy. What I have learned is the people at Best Buy really do not know much. They pretend they do but they really don't. Everyday is Halloween at Best Buy.
Summary: 1. As it is smart/internet tv it should support flash player 2. Navigation in browser is too bad they should come up with a remote like mouse. 3. It is not able to load the large pages in browser. 4. Mirroring with any other smart device is working for only youtube. 5. And recently found another issue while streaming from internet picture motion is not good. 6.
Summary: We bought this TV from Sony Store in June and since day 1 it has not worked properly. It keeps losing connectivity to internet and drops the IP address. I have replaced my routers 3 times as well as the cables and configuration. I have spent more than 10 hours on the phone with Sony and they finally decided to send someone to replace the motherboard on it. I asked Sony to come and replace this brand new TV and they wont do it.

Summary: I spent $ 1700 to buy this piece of crap and this is the 10th day. Most of the time the application wont load. It will show server not available. Dont understand why it always has to go to the sony server to load the apps. Error message: some applications are unavailable because server is down Best part I have amazon tech support for initial 30 days. When I called amazon they said it is a sony issue,. And Sony they only open till Monday till friday 8-8.
