I recently picked this tv up used and am happy with the TV. The sound is average, the picture is bright and the colors appear decent. I dont think the M-series is the top of the line Bravia as another reviewer claimed. The back lighting is a little too bright, so blacks are not super dark (even with it turned all the way down). The external styling is nice and simple. Too many LCD manufacturers are using glossy black finishes that in my opinion look horrid. Read more

I expected Sony quality and I got it. Beautiful picture and sound. No visual distortion that I had seen on other HD's. A little pricier than the others, but worth it in my opinion. Read more

Great TV. Mounts well but Sony requires an odd size mounting plate which requires an adapter. Energy efficient and great picture in high def. Read more

TV is ok. Not sure if a less epecsive one would have got the job done. Used in bed room, I wont be using all the bells and whistels. No real complaint but I over bought for my use. Read more
