The Sony BRAVIA KDL-55EX500 is a Full HD 1080p Resolution HDTV that provides users with the platform to view HD content via a Blu-ray Disc™ Player or PlayStation®3 gaming console via the 16:9 wide screen panel (1920 x 1080). The unit features LightSensor™ Technology which automatically increases or decreases the level of brightness of the TV's backlight based on a room's lighting conditions; USB input which allows users to connect a digital camera, USB-enabled MP3 player, or USB storage device directly to the HDTV to share content; BRAVIA Engine™ 2, BRAVIA® Sync™ that lets users operate and control other BRAVIA® Sync™ compatible devices including BRAVIA® HDTVs, Blu-ray Disc™ Players, surround sound systems, Handycam® camcorders and Cyber-shot® digital still cameras with one remote control and Motionflow™ 120Hz Technology which doubles the frame rate from the standard 60 frames per second and applies Image Blur Reduction technology to deliver a optimizes images during fast-action scenes.
