Features

The Sony Bravia KDL-46XBR9 feature Internet applications called widgets. These can deliver real time information along with streaming videos via the integrated Bravia Internet Video link, using the Ethernet connection. This service offers a large collection of free and premium movies, sports, TV shows, music over the Internet connection from partners such as Amazon Video on demand, YouTube, Yahoo and more. The Sony Bravia KDL-46XBR9 is also fully DLNA compliant for networked media support. The unit features Motionflow™ Technology that uses special algorithms designed to intelligently detect and apply the right amount of enhancement to reduce judder and deliver a smoother, sharper picture with more natural motion of the original film. The x.v.Color™/ Deep Color features is a colorspace standard that allows for the display of roughly 1.8 times the color range allowed by present industry standards (ie RGB). In conjunction with the expanded bit-depths permitted through 'Deep Color,' compliant devices outputting via HDMI 1.3 to compatible 'x.v.Color' displays is capable of putting on screen nearly every color found in nature that is visible to the human eye.
