Summary: The sound has never been good. You must purchase a sound system for decent sound quality. I purchased this unit not more than two years ago and the sound has gone out. They don't make ANYTHING like they used to. Frustrating to say the least.
Summary: Great quality I've owned this tv for 2-3 years now and I couldn't have made a better choice for my budget. This tv will probably stick around for years. One of these days I'm going to get a smart tv but until then I'm content with this guy.
Summary: I've had this TV for about 2 years now, bought it new from Best Buy, and has been in my Man Cave since day 1. I have really enjoyed it and gotten plenty of using out of it playing COD. I don't really have any complaints.
Summary: Main reason why I bought this TV was because it had analog audio out such that I could use my 2.1 sound system with it. Served me well for ~3 months, would definitely recommend it to others!
Pros: Excellent TV. Has 4 HDMI for everything you can imagine as well as plenty of RCA/component. Works great as a second monitor for my i7 PC in 1080p.
Cons: about $50 more than comparable 32" TVs. I guess you're paying for the "SONY" name Audio kinda Blahs, but I use external speakers anyway. Top of TV isn't exactly flat so my Wii sensor bar has to be Angled
Summary: The main complaint was getting the colors right. After three weeks, we returned the TV. With HDTV input, the off angle color was horrible. Bottom Line, I don't want a step back in color technology and I'm keeping my 27 inch Sony Wega for a while to come.
Summary: Bedroom tv where I just added an HD box. Signal/picture's great. Remote is large with a lot of open real estate. Screen automatically sets to zoom view if not HD signal, and you know what? It's actually done well. Faces aren't stretched out like a fun house mirror.
Pros: Great picture for movies. Dissipates some sun glare nicely. Setup took about 5 minutes, including reading the instruction manual. Plenty of options to play with. Since it's in my bedroom, the sleep timer is easy to access (although no dedicated button).
Cons: Preset scene contrast ratios are dark. 'General' one is good, but I needed to manually adjust mine.
Summary: This T.V. has performed well for the two days I have owned it. I do not use subscription TV services( cable,etc..). After trying this set in two rooms I have concluded that it has weak reception.
