"Sharp lives up to their name and quality in this set."
Pros: Bright, color balanced sharp picture. Good sound, after software update, otherwise it sounded like a tin can effect. Simple remote, some say tiny buttons, no issue for me.
Cons: None so far, except the audio is not thunderous like it says on the box. Web browser is slow and hard to use without a keyboard and mouse, which I will buy. The browser may not be fast enough for some, but that is what a computer is for.
Summary: I've had this set for a month now and we are really enjoying it. The first week we had some lip sync problems with the comcast DVR only which was weird - but then we found that if we pause the show or rewind a bit it goes away - now it doesnt seem to be happening. On black screen, i do notice a tiny bit of shadowing in the corners, but my spouse doesn't seem to notice it at all and I am very picky.
Summary: Don't just consider this TV, Get this TV!! The picture quality is absolutely amazing and the 3D is even more amazing! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! From any angle you are in front of the TV, you will be shocked to see how true to life the clarity is! Turn on 3D and it's like you're right there! Every option on the TV is phenomenal! Best money I spent in years!
Summary: The T.V. is very good. The installation was very solid. The remote is a little bit difficult, and the T.V. can be finicky. Also it was sold to me as a smart T.V., but it wasn't hooked up that way.
Summary: I am always happy with Best Buy as well as Sharp products. But for someone like me who is not a geek, I need help in learning the right use of the TV. to get the benefit of the expensive purchase with so many features. Somehow Geek squad who are good at installing, ARE NOT THAT GREAT ABOUT TRAINING US. This was seen last year with my large SONY smart TV. They are always impatient about getting out quickly. Why not they spend a few minutes and walk us through slowly?
