Summary: I purchased a Sharp LC-70LE650U, to replace a 5 year old Panasonic Plasma TC-P65S1. I loved the picture on my Panny, but my living room is too bright, and I was always frustrated with screen glare. When I got my new Sharp setup, my heart sunk when I saw the picture.

Summary: We are using these as the main displays and are pleased with them. The picture is clear and easily adjustable. The only drawback, is the way the video looks from the side angles. We have 2 of them mounted at an angle to the audience on mounts with articulating arms.
Summary: After extensive research, I finally settled on this TV. The reviews were good, and I was very excited to receive this thing. When the TV finally arrived, I eagerly unpacked the TV from the box and began to set everything up. I couldn't wait to turn it on.
Summary: Great picture. I watch a lot of sports, mainly basketball, football and golf. I own a 240HZ Aquos as well and while the picture is slightly better on the 240, you really have to be looking for it and comparing fast action sports (like a golf ball in the air) side by side, not worth the extra $1,000...
Summary: First off I know you buy a TV for picture quality so it gets an A+ from me on that. You have to turn off some of the settings (Light Sensor for Sure!) to get a better picture, but once you do its nice. The sound out of the speakers isn't that bad.
Summary: I'd give it 5 stars if it could play Amazon streaming videos, but it only has Netflix. The built-in DLNA app is slow and cumbersome. But the built-in TED app was an unexpected bonus, so those two cancel out.
Summary: I read the reviews on Amazon before buying this TV and not regretting it. Overall, works great after making the suggested adjustments to settings as other amazon users recommended. So read the most helpful review before you buy this TV and you will be good.
Summary: First I just want to say how great Amazon has been through this tv purchase. I was a little hesitant purchasing such a large item from anyone other then a local brick and mortar just in case there was something wrong.
Good picture, good Netflix app, no real app expand-ability

Summary: Good picture, good Netflix app, no real app expand-ability. Good value. I have the TV in a room with lots of windows and the picture is very clear. At night, in darkness, picture is also very good.
